Great property, excellent location

Great property and location. House has a good layout , the three bathrooms are a bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Not worth it

A group of us stayed here over new years and the house was just what we wanted and nice! However, back in November we got a message from the owner about how there had been a mistake in the booking and we couldnt come to the property until the 30th (we had booked from 29th to 2nd) upon learning this we had to find new accommodation for one night which wasnt the easiest to do on short notice and for new years in queenstown. the owner promised us a partial refund which we were very grateful for as that would help cover the last minute accommodation. Its now been 2 weeks since leaving and countless messages to the owner and still no refund. As much as we liked the property the hassle was not worth it.

Awesome home in a great location

Huge house, with plenty of room for a group of friends, or a couple of families. Well set up house, with great kitchen and plenty of space. Fab location - short walk to shops and amazing views of The Remarkables. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house for families

A perfect house for our group, comfortable, convenient, lots of space and a bathroom for each family. Fab location too, so close to restaurants, shops and supermarket, an easy walk. Great spa pool and lovely views of the remarkables. We absolutely loved it! Thanks so much. highly recommend.

Winter getaway

Amazing spot in Frankton - conveniently close to the shops and airport but with none of the noise. Very tidy, welly equipped place with a glorious spa for post skiing! Tom was excellent to communicate with.

Extremely disappointing

This comfortable house is in an excellent location and is pleasantly quiet, considering its close proximity to the airport and shops. The view from the well-appointed kitchen is wonderful. Unfortunately, our 2 night stay was marred by poor communication between the off-site owner and his cleaners. We arrived at 4pm (having been assured that the cleaners would be finished by 2pm) to find rubbish, used bedding and towels strewn about. The owner was defensive and said this had never happened in 7 years. The cleaners eventually arrived, but did not finish until 6:30pm, by which time we had to change our dinner plans as we had been unable to shower and change after a day’s travel. In addition, one of the toilets required some maintenance and the owner said it would take a month for a plumber to come! The owner promised to refund our 1st night’s accommodation charge. However, almost 2 months have passed and, even after contacting HomeAway’s customer service team on 3 separate occasions, I have not received the promised refund, or even the courtesy of a reply to several of my messages to the owner. As a result of the owner’s attitude, I would certainly not recommend the house.

Beautiful home!

Absolutely loved our stay in this lovely home. Great entertaining areas opening to outside, and spa. Lovely comfy beds and all a 2 min walk from Frankton shops and restaurants. Can't wait to go back! Thanx very much Tom.

Fantastic for families

This property suited 6 adults, 2 children and an infant. Lovely and clean, had everything we needed. Walking distance to Remarkables shops which was ideal. View from kitchen window, wow! We would definitely use this accommodation again.

Very comfortable and convenient home with majestic view, great communication with the owner

I and my wife and my four of old friends from overseas stayed there for three nights to show them around Queenstown just after Christmas 2018. The house was built with high quality material, ready with high standard of cleanness. Beds are very comfortable, too. The spa was ready to use, even though we did not use them, and it just gave warm welcoming feeling. The home was also very convenient to access to new Frankton shopping mall, and airport, and any travel destinations. The view of the Remarkable mountain from the master bedroom, and dining was just stunning. It was a great bonus. The owner, Tom was greatly communicable since the time I booked this facility. He was always friendly, and available to communicate. He was such a great host. The house has almost everything we need for our trip. We had really good time here, and staying in this home was one of the highlights of our enjoyable trip. My guests from overseas spoke highly of this home, too. Kind regards David
