Lovely place

Nous avons été ravis de passer nos vacances dans cette belle maison. La situation est parfaite, à deux pas de tous les commerces et non loin de la plage - joli jardin sans vis-à-vis. La maison est bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Les propriétaires, par leur accueil chaleureux et leur nature attentionnée, nous ont fait sentir comme à la maison et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tout simplement parfait !

Une maison lumineuse, très agréable dans laquelle il ne manque rien et un superbe jardin, voilà vous avez trouvé l'adresse de rêve pour passer un excellent séjour sur l'île d'Oléron. On s'y sent très vite comme chez soi, de plus l'endroit est parfait pour visiter l'île et l'accueil chaleureux. N'hésitez plus, nous, nous y retournerons !

Dans ce gîte il ne manque rien pour passer de bonnes vacances au calme. La situation est idéale pour visiter l'ile à vélo. Location à proximité du gîte, au centre village de Dolus et 5mn à pied un intermarché, boulangerie, poissonnerie ect. La maison est très agréable, bien agencée, literie bonne qualité, propre, très beaux mobiliers de jardin. Accueil très chaleureux, en bref séjour agréable, nous recommandons.

Ravis de notre séjour

La maison est très bien équipée, très joli jardin avec un pré juste derrière (cheveux+âne), très bien située dans Dolus à pied de tous les commerces. Aucun bruit aux alentours, c’était parfait. Il faut une voiture ou un vélo pour aller à la plage. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs si besoin, c’est très appréciable. Le petit plus serait l’installation de moustiquaires ou la présence d’un ventilateur en cas de fortes chaleurs car c’est impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes à cause des moustiques. En résumé, un séjour parfait, nous recommandons !

Maison très agréable

La maison est parfaitement entretenue et équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison est située au calme, au fond d'une impasse. Elle est très près de commerces (boulangerie, poissonnerie) et du centre de Dolus où il y a des restos et animations très sympa (concerts, marché nocturne). La maison est bien située pour découvrir l'Ile d'Oléron, en voiture ou à vélo.

Super location

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable avec un temps superbe et une région magnifique. La maison est très bien équipée, très lumineuse et extrêmement propre. La literie est de qualité. La maison est située proche des commerces (accessibles à pied) et proche de la grande rue. Néanmoins, positionnée au fond d’un petit lotissement pavillonnaire on n’entend absolument pas le bruit de la route. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires charmants qui nous ont conseillé visites et restaurants. Nous y retrournerons avec plaisir!

Excellent séjour dans une jolie propriété

La maison est récente , très bien équipée , avec un jardin très calme sur l'arrière sans vis à vis . L'emplacement central sur l'ile d'Oléron est un plus pour les visites . A noter : les commerces ( boulangerie , poissonnerie , Intermarché ) sont très proches même à pied. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux . Un seul regret : devoir repartir !!

Maison très agréable

La maison est récente, lumineuse, très bien équipée, cuisine fonctionnelle. Le jardin est lui aussi très agréable, jolies plantations, salon de jardin, parasol, transats, table et chaises. Malgré la route principale assez proche, c'est très silencieux! On trouve 2 boulangeries et une poissonnerie à 2 pas. Le village est facilement accessible à pieds. Supermarché et zone commerciale à proximité immédiate. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et réactifs.

Sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes Haus, sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, schöner Garten. Nur die Nähe stark befahrene Hauptstraße der Insel, die um die Ecke liegt, war nicht ganz so gut, da man mit dem Fahrrad dort kaum fahren kann. Aber vom Haus aus, hört man nichts von dieser Straße. Das Haus selber liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen schönen Blick in den großen ruhigen Garten.

Superbe maison, spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Bonne literie. Quartier tranquille.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L’espace extérieur était super bien ombragé ce qui nous a permis d’y passer de bon moment à jouer en famille, à bouquiner dans les chaises longues. Vraiment TOP! Super standing, tout était neuf. Je la recommande vraiment. Proprios super gentils et attentionnés. Tous commerces à moins de 5mn.
