6 Bdrm Luxury Beach Getaway

This home is in a quiet cul de sac with Petonque court and volley ball court
for residents to use. Easy walk to beach (4mins) Flat White wedding venue
RSA and Village skate park and tennis courts. Large lawn for cricket etc. Two outdoor areas . Chiminea
to take the chill of the evening air.(Need to bring your own wood)
Modern and stylish this is a very comfortable house with
great air flow for summer with all bedrooms having ceiling fans above the
beds and lots of doors to catch the breeze. Induction cooktop, two fridge freezers, ice maker,
PLEASE BRING YOUR SKY CARD WE HAVE NETFLIX AND FREEVIEW
please note that tents can not be put up at this house.
No functions or parties allowed
Special conditions:
A bond of one nights rent will be required.
Please bring sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels. Duvets and pillows supplied

Vacate time 10.00am to allow cleaner time between bookings. Late vacate can be arranged when there is no booking that day.

This is a beautiful house and we really enjoyed our stay. There are many rules at the house which are displayed everywhere which makes it less relaxing but overall it was good.

Family get together at the beach
Through no fault of the owner it seems that the cleaner let her down hence the 3 star rating. Otherwise all was great and a fun time was had by all.It was an ideal venue for us to get together and enjoy one of the grandies 7th birthday.East to get to the beach, to Flat White cafe and to explore Waihi Beach.

The location of this property is amazing. We were all guests at a wedding being held at Flat White Cafe. It was a very gentle stroll there and back.

House was nice and roomy. Bedrooms were all very nice, comfy beds. Pity no wardrobe or hanging space in main bedroom (was locked and only a small hat stand provided). Bunk room was very average, old beds, have it a clean before we used. Great location. Walking distance to beach. Make sure you lock cars, two of ours had things taken ( they weren't locked though). Surprising as seems a very secure area.

Spacious beach property
Our family of three generations enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The communal spaces accommodated our large group with ease. Sleeping spaces were quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the beach , Flat White Cafe and Villsge.

Absolutely loved Robin's place
A small group of us stayed at Robins house for a weekend of catching up and fishing. It's a beautiful home with a lovely outdoor area and short walk to the beach. Close to a bunch of cute cafes as well, highly recommend!

Wedding at Waihi Beach
We booked this property for our family for our daughters wedding at the Flat White cafe. It was perfect. We had a wide range of ages, from 2yr old to an 80 year old grandmother, and the property worked well for all of us. There was plenty of space for the bride and bridesmaids (4) to get ready. Such a lovely property. Would recommend to anyone looking for a luxury, well appointed and well located property.

Great Location for a Family Holiday
This property is perfect for a family holiday. Plenty of space with a large living area, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well equiped for our Christmas Day and family meals. Walking distance to Waihi Beach and a short drive to Bowentown and Anzac Beach. We had a lovely time playing pletanque and games on the reserve. We enjoyed the walks along the beaches and a swim as well!

A mixed bag
Kia ora, wow a lovely big home. Comfy beds, 2 fridges for all the food we bought. A volleyball court right outside the door, bonus. The beach 5 minutes up the road. Lovely quiet street. Unfortunately a few cleanliness issues. We had to wash the glasses, plates and cutlery before we used them as food was stuck to them. The draws had crumbs left in them. The rubbish was full so we took ours home. Portacot has a big hole in the side which was unsafe for our baby. So we all enjoyed our stay just needed some attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Ngā mihi Marie Hodge
