Great stay just outside Avignon

Great property with an owner that communicated well. We had 10 of us that fit comfortably in the house. Clean, well-put together with ample space to sleep, hang out and play. The location was nice; 14 minute drive to downtown and the palace.

Beautiful Villa in quiet town

We had a wonderful stay at Mas La Caly for a trip with friends. Despite the language barrier, Nathalie was wonderful to communicate with via WhatsApp. We arrived late in the evening on a Sunday. With many restaurants closed that night, Nathalie offered to have dinner ordered ahead of time and dropped off at the house, ready for us to heat up upon our arrival. The house is newly built and quite modern for the area. Pool is beautiful and luxurious (though not heated). Mosquito warning in mid-September. Prepare to bring mosquito spray (the house had a few extra to use). Most of the bedrooms upstairs had en-suite bathrooms (shower and sinks). Toilets are separated. We had lovely group meals in the dining room and outdoor patio. Bathrooms were very modern. All bedrooms were upstairs. Avignon central is about a 20-30 minute ride from the house. Uber was easy to get from Avignon TGV. There is a pharmacy walking-distance from the house. Chataneauf du Pape is also about 25-30 minutes away by car. If visiting wine country, I would recommend renting a car or obtaining a number for taxi drivers, as most Ubers are not readily available for that trip. If you get an Uber, ask the driver for their contact info - so you can potentially schedule trips directly ahead of time. It is a very quiet neighborhood but a beautiful house to relax in. Hoog niveau van comfort in Morières-les-Avignon.

Met de gehele week temperaturen ruim boven de 30 graden werden de airconditioning in het huis in alle vertrekken en het zwembad met zijn 4 parasols zeer hoog gewaardeerd. Het huis is zeer compleet ingericht en met aandacht voor details. Een detail, maar daarmee niet onbelangrijk, het huis is brandschoon! Rondom het huis, op het eigen terrein is alles ook weer uitstekend verzorgd en schoon. De communicatie met de eigenaresse Nathalie verliep zeer goed. De inrichting is ruim voldoende voor 10 personen. Waar de eigenaar niet veel aan kan doen, maar de directe omgeving, het plaatsje Morières-les-Avignon, laat zich het best omschrijven als: achterbuurt-achtig. Wel 2 goede bakkers op loopafstand en een leuk restaurant op zo'n 200 meter afstand. En als je veel weg bent heb je van de omgeving buiten het eigen terrein ook geen "last". Op het eigen terrein, waar alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd is, heb je er totaal geen notie van dat het erbuiten zo "anders" uitziet. Al met al naar ons idee een TOP-locatie waar de eigenaar trots op kan zijn. Eén min punt is: Er zit één traptrede tussen de vloer van de "Salon" en de keuken. Op deze beide vloeren liggen dezelfde donkere tegels, waardoor het niveauverschil niet opvalt. 4 personen van onze groep zijn hier gemeen over gevallen, waarbij er 2 een lelijke "smak" maakten. Wij hebben een eetkamerstoel tegen deze afstap geplaatst zodat het optisch zichtbaar werd dat er "iets" aan de hand was. Een sierhekwerk zou de stoel kunnen vervangen.

Une belle propriété, bien située dans un petit village. Les propriétaires nous ont bien reçus et ont été a nos soins. Le terrain de petanque et la piscine ont été bien utilises. Tout aurait été parfait a part pour la chambre 5 qui n'a pas accès a une salle de bain ni de meuble pour mettre les habits. Ceci est passable si occupée par des enfants mais pas par des adultes. 2 autres chambres n'ont pas ou pendre d'habits, simplement des tiroirs. C'était dommage pour nos amis. Néanmoins nous avons passe 3 semaines magnifiques au Mas de Caly.

Un weekend de rêve !

Un weekend de rêve qu'on aurait aimé prolonger ! Une magnifique villa très bien organisée : cuisine fonctionnelle, salle de bain dans chaque chambre, salle de jeux intérieure, piscine avec transat et serviettes fournies, terrasse spacieuse a l'ombre... La maison a entièrement été rénovée avec goût ! Bravo pour tout ce travail ! L'endroit est calme et sans vis-à-vis. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, flexibles et toujours disponibles. Belle maison très bien aménagée et équipée

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour lors du pont de l'ascension dans cette belle maison familiale très bien aménagée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipée. La météo assez peu clémente ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine, nous avons utilisé le terrain pétanque et les jeux mis à disposition dans les espaces de jour très spacieux . L'espace extérieur permet de garer 4/5 voitures et a un portail electrique qui sécurise la zone pour les enfants. Merci à Nathalie et Cynthia qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Un très beau sejour dans une belle région malgré la météo humide. A refaire!

Tout s'est très bien passé. La communication avec Nathalie était parfaite, et elle a été très arrangeante pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. La maison est conviviale, pratique et chaleureuse: Babyfoot, bbq, piscine, terrain de pétanque, le tout a proximité des commerces, et facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute et le centre ville d'Avignon. Ne peut que recommander cette propriété !

Superbe maison

La maison était en tout point conforme à sa description, très propre et bien agencée. Le centre ville du village est à 3 minutes de la maison, avec un petit centre ville très pratique (boulangerie, pharmacie, fromager, café, traiteur ...). Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils et arrangeants. Rien à redire c'était parfait !

We had a good stay at Nathalie's and Yannick's house, which is nicely located in the Avignon / southwest Vaucluse area. Very responsive hosts. Very clean and lots of space. We just wished the internet was better. Other than that - perfect!

Nous avons séjourné le temps d'un grand week end dans une belle maison, très agréable à vivre entre amis ou en familles. Tout est beau et bien conçu, grande cuisine et espace de vie, salons et espace jeux intérieurs, chambres spacieuse avec belles salle de bains. Parfaitement équipé...Extérieur parfait pour jeux et terrasse, repas. Proche commerces et zone d'intérêts touristiques rapidement accessibles. Un séjour apprécié de tous.
