Visited Florida to see our grandkids. The dock was a big hit. They caught a few catfish to practice their release technique. Check in and out was a breeze. Owner was very responsive. AC went out, but the owner was on top of it… had a repair guy out within hours! On a Friday night. A plus! Only downside is that the upstairs unit was not very sound proof- we heard lots of activity up there. But then they had a pile of kids. Kids need to keep busy. Right? All in all we had a great stay.

Not that bad
Every time we washed the floor it got dirtier because the floor tiles weren’t grouted and the barbecue had a hole in the bottom and was filthy and found a mouse nesting in it!
Very smooth process and great communication (with very thorough information). Clean property. Quick drive to restaurants and stores. Only downside was lawn care happening at 7am on a Friday.
Nice spot. Downstairs unit needs dressers or small table for bags in both bedrooms and upstairs visitors need to understand someone is below them cause construction workers above us made a too much of a racket
A few family friends and I stayed at Gary’s place for a long weekend. He is very commutative. The place is great and right on an inlet with a dock. We tried fishing but had no luck. I would definitely stay here again.
The property was well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The outside area was nice and well maintained.
The one complaint I have is that the wifi was not working for very long which was an issue at night as we and the kids were looking to wind down...... The TV only works with wifi and we were unable to use our phones. One suggestion I would have for this property is to have a DVD/Blu ray, board games or books for the guests to utilize when something like that happens.
Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.
Beautiful property on a beautiful river, the stay is worth the money
This wasy first time using VRBO and i am very pleased with it, the stay was wounderful, and the host was very propt and responsive. I really liked the setup they had. The river in the back with the nice deck was an added bonus as well.
Our family of seven loved this place. From the dock out back to the spacious living room to the cool kids bunk beds, this was a perfect place for our short visit to Tampa.
