The PICK of PICTON - luxury modern apartment.

Picton is the main gateway for exploring the Marlborough Sounds and the marina is close by. There are many walking, and mountain biking tracks are nearby plus the Marlborough wine region is only 20-30 minutes drive away.

Our apartment is very central to the ferry terminal, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a swimming beach, children's playground, minigolf, aquarium, picture theatre, and more, across the road.

Check in 2pm.
Check out 10am.

Perfect Stay
We were a family of three adults and one 16 year old. I can't say enough wonderful things about the apartment, and Kirsty was quick to respond with any questions. The apartment is large, with sweeping views of the harbor. The kitchen was fully stocked with all implements you might need. The stove and oven are induction. Fortunately my daughter has one in her home, so we were familiar with its use. The bathrooms and kitchen were spacious and updated. Beds very comfortable. Honestly, I can't think of any drawbacks. Great location
First thing you notice when you walk in the door is the amazing view. The water and palm trees could be a view found on a tropical island somewhere and here it is in Picton! Apartment was spacious and as advertised. The only suggestion I have is a sail or umbrella available on the deck, you get sun all day long but it gets too hot to sit on the deck without shade. Not the worst problem in the world 🙂 would stay again.

The perfect place in Picton
The apartment was spacious, very centrally located and had the most amazing views of the Marlborough Sounds. The apartment had all the facilities you could ask for in a holiday home.

Brilliant location with great views and cafes downstairs. Active view with park and beach across the road, ferries coming and going. Owner very helpful and everything explained clearly.

Fabulous in every way.
A fabulous place to stay in excellent downtown location. The views from open plan kitchen/living/dining were beautiful. Great for watching Ferry and boats coming and going. Access to the apartment is brilliant with elevator opposite the door and from secure garage area. No problem for my 100 year old mum to use walker from street. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and excellent living and dining areas the apartment was superb. Outdoor furniture and BBQ gave pkenty of seating options. We found it only a few minutes walk to train station and cruise boats. Thats with mum pushing her walker! Thanks homeowners for sharing this fabulous property. I hope to come again.

Luxurious appartment at best location towards Picton bay
This appartment with 6 beds, 2 of them at the very front with best views is a modern stylish and well equipped place to spend also several days. The garage is also very useful. We can highly recommend this place to be!

We stayed here over Christmas and the apartment made it all the more special. Easy check in to start us off, blown away by the view, superbly appointed, and so comfortable. It got to the point where we didn’t want to leave! Possibly the nicest place we have ever stayed in.

Stunning apartment with all you need and an amazing view
The apartment was exceptional and has everything you need for your stay. From the moment we walked in the door and saw that amazing view out to the harbour we knew we were going to have a fabulous time. The decor, the size, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the deck, the view - you couldn't want for more!!! I would highly recommend to stay at this apartment, you wont be disappointed. We had a great stay at this beautiful location! Picton is central to a lot of great activities (sea kayaking, hiking, wineries, restaurants). The condo was comfortable and well stocked! Would definitely stay there again

Great vista and location but needs work.
Magnificent view with great balcony but needs maintenance and cleaning. Dining room carpet with multiple stains, crumbs in the table chairs, broken lounge chair footstool and burned out lightbulbs.

We had a most enjoyable time at this apartment. It was well-equipped, modern and clean but with a homely feel. Very convenient location on London Quay. Best of all - the stunning waterfront views from the living areas. We would highly recommended this Picton apartment.
