This is a classic Kiwi Bach as we know and love, it is a simple and affordable family home, made for families to enjoy and make lasting memories of Great Lake Taupo. For this reason there is a number of personal belongings

Children must be supervised at all times, this home is not fully fenced and is close to the lake so is not suitable for small children.
**This property is pet friendly, maximum of 1 small to medium dog. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their pets at all times. Pets are not to be left unattended at the property at any time. Let us know in the comments section of your booking if you are intending to bring a dog. Note, the property is not fully fenced.

We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
