Private and peaceful kiwi bach

A great bach that accommodates those who are keen on the outdoors, with wonderful walking and biking tracks at the back door. A choice of 3 children's playgrounds, all within easy walking distance. Lake front is an easy 4 minute walk along track.
The Marina enables all weather launching of a boat. Fantastic fishing and water sports. Shop that caters for most holiday food, beverage and also takeaway needs. A secluded, safe township that has a great holiday atmosphere.
A short 20 minute drive to Taupo.

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a great spot just a short walk to the lake. Craig was excellent at communicating and very helpful.Would stay again when we next visit Kinloch.

Great getaway

Close to lake and facilities - easy to come and go. Deck area is great. Everything as advertised but would be easier to park if the boat wasn't in the driveway, and two bathrooms advertised, no hot water in the sleepout. Still 5 stars.

Kinloch bach

We were a bit disappointed that we had to turn the power on when we got there which included the hot water so couldn’t have a shower when we arrived. Only a small heater in the hallway which didn’t heat up the bedrooms and there was a massive frost overnight. Also not even any instant coffee for the morning, just a few tea bags. Thank goodness there was a coffee cart down the road!! We thought it was rather overpriced for one nights stay, for two couples.

Tranquil surroundings

Lovely private section, lots of tuis right outside. House fine, compact but a perfect holiday house for a family of 5 adults and 2 children. Quite cold in the winter so we didnt use the sleepout.

Kinloch peace and quiet

Perfect location, quiet and safe. Close to the lake, cycle and walking trails. A comfortable and well set up unit with open plan living. Good communications and easy to follow instructions.

Was only a bed for us all for the night as we had a family event elsewhere in Kinloch so didn't really spend time there other than sleeping but the host gave us all we needed neat little spot.

Great for a Cycling Group

We were a group cycling the Waikato river trails. Really enjoyed our say here. Great security for the bikes in the lock-up garage. terrific big deck and walking distance to the lake.

Perfect Location

There was 6 of us that stayed and the house was just perfect for us. Private setting and loved the short walk to the lake. Travelled into Taupo a few times which is only like a twenty minute trip. Perfect location for a weekend getaway or longer stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great family getaway

We had a fun extended family catch up, a perfect spot to walk/bike down to the lake or store multiple times a day. The house was a typical lived in bach feel and had most things needed for a comfortable stay for a larger group.

A fabulous property in the heart of Kinloch. Such an easy short walk to the lakeside. So comfortable with kids and lovely and private. I highly recommend this batch for families to enjoy.

Weekend break at Kinlock

Great location in Kinlock, requiring a shortish walk to the water. Cozy lounge, kitchen and dining area with enough beds for 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 children. Great pool table in garage for the wet weekend. Would rent this property again.

Enjoyable stay

Spent a weekend here in June. Kinloch is a beautiful place and made for a good base to explore the area. We enjoyed our stay at the bach and it had everything we needed to be comfortable.
