Situated on a centrally located and beautifully peaceful 10 acre lifestyle block, Fairview is a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The sunny 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, brand new bathroom and comfortable lounge area features all the comforts and modern conveniences including a Smart TV, premium quality linen and every detail considered for an enjoyable stay. The property is accessed down a long gravel road from the main road.
The well known vineyards and restaurants on the island are among the finest in New Zealand with stunning beaches, hiking, golf and water activities all within easy reach of this lovely holiday accommodation.

Booking Bookabach and StayWaiheke
All great with property but a bit confused why I had my booking confirmed by Bookabach then I had to give my credit card details to Stay Waiheke. I was reluctant at first as I thought it could be a scam as Booking numbers were different. Then I saw on the bookabach confirmation that Stay Waiheke was to be used. I did put my details in and dealt with them from then on.

A true hidden hideaway
What an amazing place to spend a few days away. Such a cute little unit with everything you need. Very modern, up to date, clean place. Hidden down a long driveway, you are given immense privacy. Close to everything you need as well with amazing hospitality. I would recommend this place and will be sure to come again.

Fantastic stay at Fairview!
This apartment is stylish, very clean and comfortable and well located in the middle of the island. The use of owner’s car was a real bonus and much appreciated. Awesome place for honeymoon retreat
Loved the place and nice and centrally located to beaches and places to visit. Liked the long gravel drive which added to the experience. First time on Waiheke for us and was made so easy and friendly by hosts especially since it was our honeymoon. Next time we would take up offer of using vehicle as would be well worth it.

The perfect place for a holiday
Fairview Apartments offer exceptional accommodation. They are located very close to Palm Beach but are far enough from the road to be utterly peaceful and quiet (apart from the bird-song.) The facilities are very well-designed and very comfortable. The bathroom is brilliant. The hosts - Andy and Ruth - are very kind, thoughtful and generous. We loved every minute of our stay at this property.

Pristine, serene and so generous
After many stays at Waiheke's various Airbnb accommodations, this is the nicest we've found. Really a gem, so we're almost tempted to keep quiet about this find. It has splendid views. It is extremely quiet and serene, with only nature and animals around you, but it is still just minutes from Ostend. The whole place is superbly immaculate, well stocked with everything, nice linen and a luxurious bed, Sky TV, kitchen, etc. Everything you ever would want in a place. Last, our host Andy let us borrow his old, but very comfortable BMW 320i during our entire stay. How can you beat that? We will obviously stay here for all future Waiheke trips. J and T Saloranta

Above and beyond expectation
Andrew knows exactly how a guest would like to be treated and goes well and truly out of his way to make this happen. I have yet to stay in accommodation elsewhere where the owner is happy to pick you up from public transport and then lets you borrow his vehicle to ensure that you maximise the enjoyment out of your stay. The accommodation was spotless, well designed, tastefully decorated and everything we needed to be able to relax and use as a base in preparation for a friend's wedding. Added toys to accommodate our toddler were also a perfect touch. Thanks again Andrew for your hospitality. I recommend Fairview Apartment 100%. Little tip for the traveller would be to get in contact about the car as early as possible to avoid any disappointment from what I have mentioned above.

Amazing accomodation, almost brand new and very clean
We had enjoyed so much our stay at Fairview apartments. I have very high standards for cleanliness and the place was above my standards. The unit is very tastefully furnished and decorated. Andy is a fantastic host and he even gave us a courtesy car which made a huge difference to our stay in Waiheke 😇 we will definitely come back and book the two units together to bring over the rest of the family. We stayed at the Fairview Apartments over the weekend and are pleased we made this choice. The apartment was lovely, sparkling clean with a large very modern bathroom; a self contained kitchen which had everything we needed to prepare our meals; large bedroom and very comfortable lounge area. It was surrounded by a wooden deck with comfortable chairs to sit in good weather. The views were of native trees and bush with peeps of the ocean in the distance. In short a wonderful place to stay.

We had the most wonderful weekend! What an absolutely gorgeous property, clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. The view is breathtaking! I would stay here every weekend if I could! A total escape from everything - I recommend to anyone 100% and will certainly be back to stay myself.

Fairview Waiheke was absolutely perfect!
Fairview Waiheke was absolutely perfect! Andrew and Ruth Grant are the most welcoming and loveliest people! My Partner and I felt very at home. Ruth went the extra mile to organise cafe treats along with candles to be ready on arrival for my partner. The set out of the aprtmnt/flat was modern, eye catching and spacious. Having worked in hotels, I couldn't believe how clean the aprtmnt was! It has everything you need! Andrew offered to drop his Kayaks off down at the beach too.Please go stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at Fairview. A lovely quiet property with great views over the bay and in a convenient location for getting around the Island. The accommodation is beautifully appointed with everything you need for your stay. We're looking forward to coming back and using the BBQ in the summer.
