Beautiful area with local bay beach just walking distance. Quiet and private. Kayak or go canoeing in the Flanders bay area with little beaches to dock on and privacy to enjoy. Short distance to all the Hampton's oceans and shopping. This home is newly listed and is available for the best summer months in the Hampton's, Memorial day to Labor day. Extended season through October is an option.
