A nice quiet location perfect for family and friends to gather. This lovely house is located in the heart of Kaikoura, with short walks to the town centre. It's a comfortable home with 3 good-sized bedrooms, one bathroom, a wood fire, fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ to enjoy. Large garden area and plenty of space to park the boat up. Sit on the patio and enjoy the sunsets. Come and be comfortable in Kophua.

Kophua Kaikoura

This wasn’t our first choice of booking, as this was cancelled on us due to being rented out long term. Fortunately this house was available for the same dates. No view of the mountains which we knew about - however the new hotel being built on the seafront is your view. The place would benefit from a few lamps rather than having to have bright ceiling lights on all the time and a general tidy up of the outside area including improving access to the woodpile would be an advantage too. Lovely log burner and comfy beds.

Lovely kaikoura

House was clean and tidy, has had some updating since our last stay, fantastic off street parking, location is fab in the middle off everything, communication is easy Will definitely stay again

Beautiful Kaikoura - we'll be returning next year. The grandchildren (under 12) adored the beaches.

Large, airy home. Great water pressure in shower. Very comfortable beds and seats. Safe parking for the vehicles. To be recommended.

Private and tidy property

It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely home that has been refurbished to a good standard. The section is a great size for those with a boat and had good outdoor furniture and areas for relaxing. Kitchen was well appointed. Location in town was great. Another freezer would be beneficial for those staying who are fishing.

Very pleasant stay in Kaikoura

Unfortunately Four Doors Down was not available following booking, so we were changed to another house Albatross. This was extremely comfortable and ideally situated for our needs. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we required and lovely views of the mountains.

This property felt a bit run ?own. The garden is not maintained and the recycling bins were overflowing. As this was our first book a batch I didn't know what to expect. However i do think something in the house telling you what is there and what is required as far a cleaning goes would have been useful.

Property was fantastic, lots of space for cars to park and for backyard games along with good privacy. The house had everything we needed for a holiday and was spacious enough for 6 people. Location was excellent-a short walk to shops and the beach.
