BEAUTIFUL LAKEFRONT HOME ON TOLEDO BEND WITH DOCK! HIGH-SPEED WI-FI!

Our house is a lovely 4 bedroom 3.5 bath lakefront home, completed in 2020 on over an acre of land! We are located in the Fairmount Community, which is right around the corner from a grocery store, deli restaurant, Ace hardware store, liquor store and car wash. With over 2400 sq. ft of main living space, we offer a large open concept family room and kitchen for entertaining and relaxing with many guests. The Lake view is amazing because of floor to vaulted ceiling windows in the family room, out of which you might even spot a bald eagle flying high in the sky around the tall trees! The main floor sleeps 9-10 comfortably with a king size bed in the main master suite, a queen and twin in the second master suite and queen beds in the two other bedrooms. We have a large game room above the garage with a pool / ping pong table for your enjoyment! The game room sleeps 7 with a queen bed, a full bed and a bunk that sleeps two on the bottom and one on the top.

The fully stocked well equipped kitchen has all that you need to cook a meal which you all can enjoy at the comfortable dining room table or island bar after a full day on the water. We have a large tv in the family room where you can access live tv or many smart apps.

We provide two covered patios with a beautiful view and a nice sitting deck and a floating dock on the water in which to lounge in the sun. And for the colder months, enjoy our in-ground fire pit! Our house is on a nice, quiet cove of the lake which allows for swimming and great fishing right off the dock! Feel free to bring your boat and hook to our dock for the duration of your stay. There is a public boat launch just minutes away.
The lake is full of bass, perch, crappie and catfish!

Excellent place to stay on Toledo Bend.

8 fishermen spent 5 nights and had plenty parking in the u shaped drive way for trucks and boat trailers. The house had plenty room to make everyone comfortable. The place is located in a quiet cove and the boat dock worked out well to leave and charge boats on the water. Thank you!

Thanksgiving on Toledo Bend

The house was roomy for all of us - 5 adults and 5 teenagers. The view was spectacular and the house was very clean and well-equipped for our Thanksgiving meal/cooking. The kids had plenty to do inside and outside. The area around the property was quiet and tranquil. The huge bonus/playroom was a hit. The owner was very responsive and all directions were clear and easy to effectuate. We loved our Thanksgiving holiday here!

Beautiful home on the lake for the whole family

This home was perfect for our parents 50th wedding anniversary getaway. There was more than enough room to fit our whole family. The house is beautiful & very clean. The cove the house is in was perfect for the kids to swim in and even big enough to tube in. The owners were amazing at getting back to us when we messaged them. Highly recommend this place for your next family trip on Toledo!

Toledo Bend Weekend

Great communication with host. The house was perfect for our large group. The long circle drive made parking our boats very easy. Just a short trip down the road to the nearest boat ramp. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our late summer get away at this beautiful lake house! Lots to do with the access to the lake and the hammocks, floats and kayaks on property. It is a beautiful quiet spot on the water and the house is perfect!

Great Stay!

Beautiful home with ample room for our large family. The home was clean with well stocked kitchen. So nice being right on the water with a nice dock to keep boat on site and we all had a great time swimming, floating and fishing.Hostess was very pleasant and addressed any issues very quickly. Highly recommend!

Amazing trip

We had 3 families and kids ranging from 4-9. It was the best place for us. When the kids were in the bonus space upstairs you couldn’t hear them (in a good way lol) The family room and kitchen were beyond beautiful. The cellphone service is terrible but also makes it the perfect place to unplug. I contacted the owner multiple times and every time responded within 20 minutes. Honestly will probably book this place again I loved it so much

Fishing Getaway

This is a great property right on the water. Beautiful views. The house is spacious for a large group. The game room is out over the garage, so good for teens, but away enough that it breaks the group up. The kitchen is big, but could use updates on pots, pans, dishcloths and coffee maker. Be sure to bring your own paper goods. The host is lovely with communication and the house fit our needs for the weekend. Thank you!

Family Get-Away

Our family of 11 stayed in this lovely home and couldn't have enjoyed it more. We love the open kitchen, dining, and family area and even with all of us in one room, it never felt crowded. This was our second time at this home and we hope to return again next year. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.

Excellent location on the lake.

The house was extremely clean and well maintained. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The house is located in a small bay of the lake and had excellent views of the water. The area around the house is all nice houses and neighbors were all nice and friendly. The house itself can sleep a lot of folks and the beds were very comfortable. The game room above the garage was our favorite and the kids had pool and ping pong tournaments which we all enjoyed. The communication with the owners was outstanding and very friends and accommodating. I would highly recommend this house as a place to stay for anyone wanting to enjoy the Toledo Bend area. We stayed for a weekend and very much enjoyed it.

The view is beautiful.

The view was beautiful and the owner was very responsive when I had questions. The house needs a good deep cleaning. The oven was so filthy. The grill was listed as an amenity but it took over an hour to clean it so we could use it. If you list things as an amenity they should be ready to use. There is no railing going up the stairs over the garage where the pool table is nor is there a light for the stairwell (night time bathroom runs were hazardous). The master shower corner shelf needed to be moved to clean the mold underneath it. When paying almost 500 a night and planning for a family vacation cleanliness is the least I expect.

Perfect lake house!

What a wonderful house for our family getaway! The home is open and bright with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We had ages 5-61 and everyone was happy. We had no problem cooking for and serving our large crew in the amply supplied kitchen. There are plenty of bathroom towels and bed linens. The bedrooms are all nice size with dark curtains/blinds for sleeping in! We loved the patio areas right off the master bedrooms! The private loft area is a great space. We all enjoyed the dock area with kayaks and floats. Our boys fished and swam and fished and swam and fished some more! The owner responded quickly with the few questions we had. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home!
