Main bedroom is Queen Bed , with Tv and DVD.
Note : Other Bedroom is currently a lounge, but has a double roll out couch bed , if required . We make the bed up with a super comfy topper and wool rest. This room can be shut off like a 2nd bedroom , and has another TV.
If roll out couch is not required it remains as a second lounge, with double opening doors to kitchen/dining area.
The Kitchen/Dining area has a table with 4 chairs and another lounge suite and there is a large smart Tv.
So bring your log on codes for Netflix etc and stream your favorite shows.
We are happy to look at long term rental of 5 or more days and can negotiate on price.
We Will offer plenty of extra linen and towels .
Freeview Tv , but bring your log on details for Sky go or Sky Now to connect to the Smart TV

Cosy Compact home away from home.

Lovely private little granny flat in a great location. This is the second time we have stayed here for work. It is great to come back after a hard day at work and relax in the spa pool with a couple of steaks on the BBQ. Has all the comforts of home and the owners / host are very accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

Weekend at Westshore

We enjoyed a peaceful weekend in this lovely cottage. It was perfect for us. Close to Napier city, and the lovely bars and restaurants at Ahuriri. We chose to cook for ourselves most of the time and the kitchen has everything we needed. Thanks

Very well-appointed & comfortable.

This property is excellent, with great beds, seating areas, kitchen equipment and very usefully, double-glazing. The only downside is the proximity to the main road - just over the back fence - which made it pretty noisy. The weekend was a bit better.

Little gem in Westshore

Wow what a wonderful property. We stayed here for 9 days. Everything you might need was thought of, fully equipped kitchen with lovely touches like a bottle of beer and bubbles in the fridge on arrival. We loved the hot tub and being able to walk across the road to the beach. Thank you!

Wonderful Bach & location

The perfect size and area for a couple. Everything you could want was there. There is only the road between the property and the Beach. As disclosed there is road noise but quieter than we expected. We loved our stay and are planning to return in the future.

Lovely accommodation

The space was great. Very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a stay in Napier. We swam in the ocean then warmed up in the spa. You do hear road noise and the odd train (fully disclosed in the description of the property) but it didn’t affect our stay at all. Slept like a dream at night.

Cosy, comfortable & affordable

We absolutely loved staying at Hayley & Robert's cottage. We received a warm welcome from Hayley on arrival. Our first impression was, "Wow! This is beautiful!" The cottage is at the back of the main house. It was clean, tidy and well stocked with plenty of towels, cleaning products, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, hairdryer etc. Tea and coffee also provided, plus milk on arrival. (Plus a couple of unexpected goodies!!) Beach is across the road and cottage is well placed and handy to West Quay and Ahuriri. Nice fish n chips up the road too. The beds are luxurious and the linen is top quality. The couch is comfortable too. TV in all rooms with Netflix in lounge. The dining tables and chairs are solid wood and although it didn't bother me, my friend took a chair cushion to sit on. We seriously didn't want to leave! Thank you so much for having us Hayley and Robert! We would love to come up again in the near future. Tania Lee & Pat Cunningham. 😊

Cosy Compact home away from home.

Was in Napier for work and stayed for nearly 3 weeks. Property had everything I needed. Loved coming home after work to soak in the spa pool. Also the beach was just across the road. The owners were very friendly and very helpful. They even made a delicious dinner for me when I arrived. Will definitely stay again if the place is available.

Fantastic Cottage

Pal's Cottage was the perfect accommodation for our short stay in Napier. The location was brilliant as it was right across from the beach and close to the biking trails. The cottage was fully equipt with everything you could wish for and in general it was a warm, welcoming place to come back to after a hectic day exploring the area. Check- In was seamless.
