Spacious and sunny, this modern split-level holiday home is suitable for families and/or groups. The property consists of 2 entities - the main house upstairs and a self contained flat downstairs with external access only.
The main part of the house upstairs sleeps 6 guests and a main spacious bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto the front desk, has a Queen Bed and includes an ensuite. The second bedroom has a King Bed and the third bedroom has 2 King Single beds and also opens onto the deck.
The downstairs flat has a double fold out couch in the sitting room, a QB in 1 bedroom and a set of bunks in the small bedroom off this. Please note the bunks are only suitable for children. This area includes a small bathroom and a small basic kitchenette, allowing independence with breakfast or light snacks.
Across the road from the beach, the house offers sea views and views back to the mountains. There is a large, well equipped, modern kitchen, with gas cooking and large fridge/freezer. There is a second fridge/freezer in the garage.
The large garage is set up with a pool table, table tennis, foosball and 2 kayaks for guests use.
The house is situated in a quiet peaceful setting, on a safe no exit street. Please note that there is no fencing and children must be supervised at all times.
Perfect location for all activities including boating, swimming, golf, walking, biking and less than 10 minutes drive to Takaka. The camp ground shop stocks most essential groceries and there is Cafe/Pub and fine dining all within walking distance.
