This beautifully designed two bedroom property offers you an escape from everything

Set in native bush the house peeks out from the trees to the sea and the lights of Auckland. This contemporary designed home hangs in the trees with large windows that open to nature. A hideaway that is quiet and secluded but close to beaches and vineyards. Some of the most stunning walks and Mountain Bike trails are on your doorstep. Rocky Bay offers a charm of yesteryear Waiheke.

Minimum stay:
• 7 nights from mid December to mid January
• 4 nights over Easter
• 3 nights all holiday weekends
• 2 nights at all other times

Special conditions:
This property may not to be used for are gatherings, parties or weddings.
Rental terms and conditions apply to all bookings

Arrival and Departure: The arrival and departure times must by necessity be adhered to unless pre approved.

The house is thoroughly cleaned and inspected between guests, but people with allergies might want to consider that the house is pet friendly before booking.

Amazingly Quite Place

We enjoyed our stay so much and relaxing house.we will definitely stay again thanks to the host and for the bottle of wine all we can say is you want peace and quiet this is the place for you

Nice small batch but far away

Not ideal for our holiday to spend time commuting to have dinners. I should've done more homework. The driveway was steep and slippery. Also, we brought nespresso capsules but needed ground coffee instead - remember to BYO ground coffee.

Wonderful secluded spot on Waiheke

Very private property surrounded by bush and elevated just like a tree house. Modern euro styling with everything at your fingertips. We loved our stay, it was perfect for us, couple with 11 year old. Bedrooms x2, one upstairs and one down. Would easily suit two couple as well. Every room including the bathroom looks out onto bush. Sea views from the kitchen, shower and living areas. Windows and sliding doors open out around the living areas. Waking up to Tuis in the trees in front of you and other birds was magical. Netflix via Smart TV was a welcome option, however it did cut in and out from time to time, to be expected I think with the location, but wifi was absolutely fine. The host was lovely to deal with, responsive and helpful. We will be back, thanks again!

We enjoyed staying in this architecturally designed and minimalist comfortably furnished holiday home. It’s completely private from neighbours, quiet, well equipped, comfortable with nice distant sea views. There’s plenty of room to relax inside or out on one of the two decks. It’s shaded in the morning with sun in the afternoon and evening. We were two couples and enjoyed our extended weekend. The host is well organised and nice. Highly recommended.

Very nice property.

Excellent location with amazing sea views. Close to all amenities and we loved the wood burner, we lit it everyday! Quiet and peaceful house with fantastic kitchen thank u for such an awesome stay.
