Amazing lakeview Loft

If you want a taste of a farm with a fabulous lake view,this two-storey loft is just the place for you. Downstairs has a queen bed with an en-suite,
Three single beds upstairs, for a quiet retreat.A kitchenette, two TV's and even off street parking. The stairs is quite narrow if you have shaky knees, difficult to manage, no under ten's please.
There's alpaca, sheep, cows, birds and the odd dog barking.We have enough animals, don't bring your own. A smoke free accommodation is where you are going.

Cosy with lovely views
The location is amazing on a hill with beautiful views out over the lake to Rotorua, but is quite a distance from town. However it is dated, and could be cleaner around doors and windows. The bathroom was freezing with no form of heating at all, and the shower was very weak. It had minimal kitchen facilities which was all we needed, however there could have at least been some milk in the fridge for our coffee in the morning. I think overpriced for its size, location, and quality.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean, warm, cosy. Ramona and her husband were very kind and hospitable
The place was exactly what we needed. Beautiful view. Warm and cosy inside. Short drive to Rotorua town centre. Everything we needed. Great rest as a result. Ramona made us feel very welcomed. Will return again

The property has a great lakeview and is not too far from Rotorura town center.
The property has a great lakeview and is not too far from Rotorura town center. The bach is comfortable and clean, but there are no big cooking facilities and no kitchen sink. The stairs are quite steap but there is a nice room upstairs with cozy beds. The hosts are very friendly people.
