Peaceful haven in the country

The studio is very comfortable, stylish and well-equipped. Pam was very friendly and welcoming and we'll definitely go back when we return to Kerikeri.

Cute cottage in Kerikeri

Beautiful private dwelling in a quiet road of orchards. Close enough to drive to all the sights in Kerikeri. Comfortable bed, nice linen, tastefully decorated. Lazy boy chairs. Perfect for two. Has microwave and hob but no oven, you might want to take your air fryer. Amazing pressure in the shower. Big TV, Netflix, YouTube, Freeview.Off street parking. A lovely hostess, Pam. I would definitely stay again.

Quaint Stay

The property was cozy and clean. The surrounding area is beautiful and the property manager, Pam is sweet and friendly. The number of amenities provided such as access to subscription streaming services is lovely. Lovely place.

Relaxing and quiet with great outdoor space.

Very clean and tidy cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very cosy and comfortable bed on a chilly night outside. Wonderful communication from Pam and Rob. Location very handy and lovely to be surrounded by the citrus orchard. We’ll be back soon.

Perfect for two!

Quiet Country Location

From the day we arrived to the day we left the property Pam, Rob and the family dog plus the hens were all very friendly especially to our 2 grandchildren who stayed with my husband and i on the last day. The studio blew me away with its rustic art pieces and wall pictures. The pottery was also something worth looking at. After arriving from Auckland where life can be fast it was a pleasure to come into the country where everything is green, clean and healthy and quiet. The unit was especially inviting so clean and accommodating. We were close to most places we visited. The children enjoyed following the hens around the paddock. Playing with the family dog and swimming by the Bridge on Landings Rd. They splashed and jumped into the water that was only waist-high if you are 5 years old. We would definitely come back again. Relaxing rural outlook for your Kerikeri holiday

The perfect studio room for a couple to relax. Private, quiet, rural outlook, very clean and comfortable. Short driving distance to the Kerikeri town centre and to tourist destinations. A half hour drive to Kaikohe to hire ebikes to explore the coast to coast bike trail. Highly recommended!

Relaxing in Kerikeri.

This large studio unit is really comfortable, clean and cosy. The morning sun streams in making it a pleasant place to stay in the cooler months. The location in the country, but only 7 minutes from Kerikeri, is quiet and private. Hosts, Pam and Rob are close by with advice if required. We stayed two nights but would love to have stayed longer. An added bonus for us was being able to charge our EV over night.

Nice long weekend away

We had a good time staying here, the orchard aspect was very nice and it had all the things we needed to cook. One downside was being left without power for most of one of the days we were here and on the other days, had minimal hot water so were having cold showers. The hosts were lovely and the location is great, comfy bed and a huge TV. Thanks for having us.

Tranquility

If you're looking for tranquility while on holiday then the Boat House is a must. It has everything you need and is only a short easy drive to the city. Pleasant decor. Great water pressure in the shower which was awesome after long hot walks. Added bonus was meeting Ted (new puppy). Pamela and Rob were very welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend and one day hope to be back.

BoatStudio - The Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place for us to retreat to for our nights after one day travelling and another participating in a large family gathering. It was easily accessible, peaceful, private, had everything we wanted, and was lovely and clean. We hope to be back again. Highly recommended.
