Large sunny modern open plan home ideal for larger families. Sunny back deck to sit back, relax and enjoy your holiday. Situated in the heart of Kinloch, an easy 5 minute walk to the lake and Marina and 8 minutes to the shop, cafe and bar. Short 3 minute drive to the Jack Nicklaus signature golf course or walk to the 9 hole Kinloch course. Plenty of room to park your boat or enjoy the many bush walks or Mountain bike tracks the region has to offer.

Was a perfect location for us as our function was just dwn the hill. BBQ an outdoor furniture supplied . Plenty of room for all of us . Will stay there again

Wonderful house, modern and warm. Great outdoor space, perfect for lounging outside and playing outdoor games. Well equipped and great that we could use the BBQ. While a little outside Taupo, the neighbourhood was quiet and there was plenty of space for parking. Would definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic break away with adult kids. House was very clean, well equipped, warm and really comfortable. Easy walk to lake, lots of room for parking and back yard cricket. All correspondence with owners was quickly and easily responded too and nothing was an issue. Would not hesitate to recommend! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at this property. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the lake. The house is modern and was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the outdoor space, excellent for a family with lots of space for the kids to run around. Very homely and relaxing in a nice quiet area.
