Secluded Large Family Home and Section

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY for all queries ,instructions and possibility of any extra fees.
Large home with lots of room and large private back yard.
All bedrooms including bunkrooms have own door leading onto covered decking.
5 minute walk to safe swimming beach, playground, boat ramp, shop and Sunset Point Sports Bar.
Quiet and Safe No Exit Road,Semi Secluded.
Beautiful and safe Beaches,Fishing/Boating on either side of Mahia Peninsula.
Pleasant Cycling and Walking Areas.
Mahia Beach to Gisborne is about an hour or 40 minutes to Wairoa,
Also the Famous Morere Hot Springs is 25 minutes away.
Unfortunately Pools have been Closed till further notice.
Napier is about 2 and a half hours drive.
Special conditions:
Smoking allowed outside only,Please use Ashtrays Provided,not grounds.
No Candles or outside open fires.
No Stag Parties or Large Rowdy Parties.
Excess Rubbish will be removed and charged to guests.
Check in @ 2pm
Check out @ 10am Firm for Cleaning
Any Guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for any Damages and Charged accordingly.
$400 per night is for up to 4 People.
Linen supplied for 3 Dbls Beds in main bedrooms.

Would be appreciated if a load of washing could be put on before vacating..towels etc..

Mahia Beach the place to be.
The host for the property replied quickly and made the instructions for access very clear and easy. The property is well maintained and well stocked. Very spacious.

Perfect Mahia spot
This is the perfect place for a Mahia holiday. We have been coming year after year and it never disappoints. The house is awesome for our extended family. Vinessa, our host is always awesome Thanks for another great holiday

Large extended family get together. Was lots of space and the backyard was fantastic. Lots of Cricket / Football and only a very short walk to the beach. Great spot.

This was a great holiday home, with plenty of space for the 14 of us. Close to the beach and other activities. We enjoyed the indoor outdoor flow and the cleanliness.

Perfect for large groups
Excellent facility for large groups. Kitchen/dining very good. Only downside is the commercial fishing boats which leave at arou d 5am next door waking everyone.

Lovely place, no supplies
We love the house and location, great for large groups and close to the beach. Great outdoor area. We were disappointed in the supplies provided. We had a large group for nights, and where only provided 3 dishwasher tablets, 1/4 bottle dishwashing liquid, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 tea towels. Were asked to out on a load of washing as we where leaving but provided no powder. No sugar to cups of tea. A old scrubing brush but no scourer to clean pots.

Awesome place to stay
This is our second year staying. The weather wasn’t great (unusually), but the house is so great the children had space to move and relax and the adults were all happy too. It is a really big comfortable house. 2 indoor living areas and a great back lawn as well as a large covered deck area where we ate all our meals despite the rain! The owners are awesome and communication is great. We are all coming back again next year!

Great house but early morning wakeups
This large house is very comfortable and has a lovely big lounge, nice open plan kitchen and beautiful covered deck and large garden. Its an easy stroll to either beach or to wander up mokotahi hill. The only issue waS the large fishing boat that headed out between 5 and 6 am about half the mornings we were there ... waking us up as the yard is right next to the house. Itd be fine if you yourself wanted to get up early but we didnt, and would have rented elsewhere if wed known. A shame as it was a great house and would be well set up for large groups with 2 big bunkrooms and the garage turned into a 2nd lounge. Thanks for a great stay anyway.

Mahia stay
Great kitchen, dining & lounge area was awesome for socialising, lots of serving plates & dishes. Beds exceedingly soft and could do with replacing, pillows were very thin and no spares. There were no wardrobes in the bedrooms so no where to hang any clothes. We stayed late April and while heat pump in lounge area kept lounge area nice and warm the bedrooms were chilly especially as there was concrete floors in the bedrooms.

Perfect place for a big family holiday
The location is awesome - at the end of a street, but just a quick walk to Taylors, Mahia Beach, Mokotahi and the local store. It is so close but quiet. A huge house that fitted our whole whānau with everyone having plenty of space. It is really comfortable, huge fully equipped kitchen, lots of living areas and comfortable bedrooms. There is a huge covered table area where we had all our meals. The hosts are awesome. and super friendly and helpful. We loved it so much we booked for next year before we left. We highly recommend this. Thanks for sharing your house
