’22Collingwood’ offers 3 bedrooms & living all on the same level. Showroom granite topped kitchen with 6-hob gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher & stunning casual dining bar. There is a separate formal dining area, two separate lounge areas, outdoor deck & fully fenced garden yard.

Pork products - Due to the owner's religious beliefs, we ask that pork products including bacon & ham are not prepared or consumed inside this home. Please do not book this property if this would be a problem for you.
Spices - Please note there is a faint odour of spice and curry in the kitchen area as this type of food is regularly prepared here.
