A great spacious house in the perfect location.
This house is at 'The Mount' end of Papamoa.
Close to the beach, shopping centers, great parks, restaurant and bars. A short walk to a supermarket, cafe, bar and playground, but still in a quite cul-de-sac for those precious R&R moments.

It has four large comfortable bedrooms, two very large full bathrooms with spa bath, and with an additional separate toilet.
The house has a great open plan living area with two lounges and that all important indoor/outdoor flow. With the amazing louvered outdoor area with curtains and heater, swimming pool, and trampoline, your BBQs couldn't be more perfect.
The 3 air conditioning units, (lounge, master bedroom, and the bunk room) ensure cool nights during summer and warm nights in the winter.
Extras: Linen (included); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;
