Summary:
Mountain Bike Manor is situated on a large private site in Springfield, just a short bike ride from the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest. The house has sprawling, beautiful gardens which offer a peaceful place to watch native birds. Great gas central heating system and large living areas. Enjoy a BBQ or relax in the spa pool at the end of a big day on the trails. Pet Friendly & Fully Fenced (Charges Apply).

Spa Pool in the court yard which is accessed from the dining room / kitchen area.

Great space for a family break
Our family loved this place, its iconic 70s design with lots of space, and great sized rooms, would highly recommend. Lots of parking, private, quiet, cosy, warm and lots to do for all ages.

The property was very spacious and well located for everything we wanted to do while in Rotorua. We found the property to be a little tired and grubby. However it matched our requirements and was adequate for our needs.

Just what we needed for our group of extended family, aged between 12 and 80+. Lots of room, lots of seating, well equipped and comfortably furnished, lovely garden and all in all a great place to stay. Reasonably convenient location in a quiet neighbourhood with good facilities nearby.

For those biking the Redwoods Forest, it's about a km bike away. House is comfortable, no issues, lovely grounds. Would recommend and would stay again.

A spacious, characterful haven
This vast, rambling manor is a rare gem. The master bedrooms are almost comically large. The kitchen is well appointed. The lounge is spacious and very comfortable - the large screen TV with access to Disney+ was an unexpected bonus. The garden is an absolute delight, especially in spring with a riot of flowers.

This spacious and comfortable home was in a great location near lovely walks, biking tracks and town. The gorgeous gardens surrounding the home were in full bloom. We all enjoyed the spa pool and wifi too.

Perfect size for our family of five adults and a dog.Lovely atmosphere. Attractions easily accessible. Would have stayed longer if we could have. Will definitely visit again.

Simply Brilliant
Had a wonderful 2 day stay. The house ( beautifully laid out and appointed ), superb location, the gorgeous garden........ The cliche of a 'home away from home' perfectly sums up this wonderful property. We will be back to enjoy it again in the Winter months when it will be even cosier and more welcoming. Highly recommended.

Family holiday
It was lovely to arrive at the house to find the outside lights and heating on for us. The location to the MTB tracks was awesome. Spa pool was lovely after a ride or walk. Table tennis table was loads of fun for everyone. The gardens are beautiful and would love to see them in the spring. We had an excellent time and would happily book again.

It was a group of four sisters, with unfortunately one not being able to join us due to damage to house in cyclone Gabrielle. The property was well maintained and spacious both inside and out. Basic supplies of tea, coffee etc were plentiful, and two towels for each person a treat.

Great holiday home for family
I stayed for 3 days in this beautiful holiday house with my family. (3 people + 1 puppy) Great location, hassle free check in/out, gorgeous backyard (garden) and cool hot tub! The house is fully fenced but as my puppy is too small so I couldn’t let him alone outside. Apart from that, everything was perfect:)
