About this property

The bAch was built in 2017 so is warm and cosy with all the mod cons like dishwasher, WIFI, and TV, so you can spend your holiday relaxing.

Located in the stunning Kirimoko Park the bAch is walking distance to lake Wanaka and situated in front of Sticky Forest, a popular area for mountain biking and walking. There are fabulous views of Mt Roy, Black Peak, Treble Cone and more. Relax on the beach at the beautiful Eely Point, swim in Lake Wanaka, or enjoy a lakeside BBQ.

There is a huge flat lawn for the kids to play and a great deck with room to seat 8. Plenty of parking for cars and even a boat. There is a heat pump and a log burner to keep you toasty in winter and cool in summer. The beds are comfy and the water pressure in the showers is amazing!

Please note there is a compulsory cleaning fee of $150 per stay, so you can be certain the bAch will be spotless when you arrive as it is professionally cleaned between guests. Linen hire is also compulsory. The $15 per person charge includes sheets, towel, bathmat and handtowel, and tea towels.

Great location and comfortable relaxing stay

We really enjoyed the cosy and comfortable house. Location is great and quiet. We were here in winter but the outdoor space also looks great for enjoying when the weather allows.

Long weekend - OK

It was not very clean when we entered the property which is disappointing as we pay for a cleaning service. No soap in the bathrooms and only one towel each for staying 3 nights at the property. Little things I know. Please nice and warm, quiet location.

We loved our stay! Very clean and tidy. Chris was very prompt in replying to any queries we had! Ideal location... Quiet, beautiful views... Loved watching the lights going up Roy's Peak for sunrise! Need transport as its a little way into town. Excellent place for 4 friends to relax and reminisce!!

Just right for our family.

A very clean, modern house in a good location if you have a car. It had the cleanest picture window that I have ever seen. Everyone was comfortable in their rooms. We had a great relaxing time!

Winter Snow Getaway

This property was perfect for our family snow getaway. Great location and setup. It had everything we needed from kids toys, warmth with the heat pump added benefit of the fire with heat transfer system. Firewood, kindling and newspaper all ready to go. There’s even an outdoor fire and seating if you want to brave the elements. The kitchen facilities were awesome, beds comfy, bathrooms clean and tidy. it’s great that there’s a carport to save car windows from icing, especially with the early morning departures for snow activities. Highly recommend.

Great accommodation in Wanaka

A very comfortable, modern home in a Wanamaker suburb not far from the lake. Spectacular mountain vies, sunny, good heating when the temps dropped to 6*C. Host Chris, very helpful &easy to communicate with. A most enjoyable stay & hope to do this again.

Beautiful view of the mountains and great BBQ area

Would recommend it. Only thing that was a little annoying was that you had to make the beds yourself upon arrival… and when you arrive late and are tired, that’s the last thing you want to do.

Ski long weekend with our son

Lovely quiet location in a great neighborhood but a bit of a walk to the town centre (the "boys" had taken the hire vehicle to the snow!). Great house. Comfy and cosy.

All we wanted with great mountain views

Our family of four really enjoyed the property and the surroundings. Very comfortable, warm and easy house with great outdoor area and stunning views on the mountains. It would be even better if we had some more towels provided as one lot for a full week felt quite limiting, but it’s an easy adjustment to make.

Love this place

This little modern abode was perfect for our family of 4. Fantastic views, privacy and outdoor space for day and night. The house was lovely and warm on a chilly 4 degree day, with the log burner adding a cosy, relaxing feel. Would love to stay again!

Comfortable, well-equipped and cool place to stay

Just had Easter here and enjoyed our time. Overall, place was well equipped including barbecue (and outside fire). Very new and tidy. Lovely view of the mountains. Lots of room for a family. Beautiful view of mountains even though the house is in a fairly tight neighborhood. One quirk- we had to put sheets on our bed which is different than any Air BbB we've stayed (not complaining- just giving you a heads-up). We would absolutely stay here again, but likely not for a weekend stay due to the way cleaning fees etc added up.
