Tidy and modern 4 bedroom holiday home. Lounge opens up to a large sunny deck ideal for barbecues or just relaxing with a drink in the sun. Louvre shade can be altered to let in more or less sun and outdoor blind to keep the wind out.
New carpet and flooring throughout.
Outdoor couch, table and chairs.
AC for those hot days and wifi available on request.

Great kitchen with breakfast bar including full oven, air fryer, pizza maker and 2 fridges. Gas BBQ available outside.

Fully Fenced section to Keep kids in.

1 full bathroom plus an extra toilet and vanity off the main bedroom.

Large laundry with a hot outdoor shower outside to wash off the sand before going inside the house.

Philomel Rd is just a short 5 min walk to both the beach and the town and only a few mins up the road to the Whangamata Club.

Whangamata holiday

Highly recommend. We had a lovely stay, the home had everthing we needed, especially appreciated the AC in the very hot temperatures!It was 8 min walk to either beach or main street and shops, restaurants.

We had a lovely time. Host was great to deal with. Cleanliness could've been higher - I had to wash a duvet cover and some other items. Good size. Overall it's a great venue and we'd stay again. Thank you for having us.

We had a great fortnight. Everything we could have wanted. Even with 2 days rain there was a winderful selection of books to cater for all tastes. Great podition in relation to shops and beach.

Awesome Bach!

We were really happy we chose this bach, there was plenty of room, and the owners have been very thoughtful to provide everything for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, kitchen is well equipped - love the bench space! The weather was great for most of our stay, so it was great to have the outdoor shower for after beach rinse off - many guests have commented on the great water pressure on the indoor shower - and it did not disappoint. Checking in was very easy, and was in a great location- close to town, and an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Lovely beach spot

We loved this bach! Four bedrooms so teens can spread out, modern kitchen and bathroom, sunny deck with outdoor seating and close to the beach/local store/ walk into town.

Cosy bach in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The Bach is in a fantastic location, close to both town and the beach. We decided to get away for a mid-winter beach stay and despite bad weather for half of it, had a great time. The Bach is well equipped, the owners are prompt and accommodating with communication and the heat pump meant the cold weather outside wasn’t an issue at all. A bonus was the warm water, outdoor shower which came in very handy when our children decided to go for a wintery swim! Would definitely come here again :)

We enjoyed our stay and house meet our needs. Suggestion for improvement would be cleaning or replacement of lounge seating particularly chair.
