The Space:
Our oasis is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our direct beach access ensures you instantly feel the sand between your toes, and we are situated just a short stroll from the main street of Victor Harbor.
The Kondili is conveniently located within walking distance of several renowned restaurants, including Ninos of Victor Harbor, Loco Mexican, and Red Orchid Asian cuisine. You can grab some delicious seafood from our local fish and chip eateries and head to the beach for a sunset picnic or a family meal on our large deck overlooking the ocean.
The living and dining room upstairs boasts breathtaking oceanfront views, comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a stunning fireplace. It is the perfect place to unwind, relax, and enjoy your favourite movie while enjoying the magnificent sunset views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything else you need to prepare a scrumptious family meal.
Bedroom’s one, two and three include a queen bed and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom four has two single beds and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom five has a single bed and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and vanity.
There is heating and cooling upstairs and downstairs.
