Why they chose this property
Our apartment is absolutely beachfront as well as centrally located in the heart Surfers Paradise. Only 2 min walk to all amenities: the iconic Cavill Ave. and Beach, Q1 tower, tram station, all Gold Coast attractions. The views from lounge and balcony is to die for. Clean and comfortable apartment pleasing for the fussy guest.
What makes this property unique
We fell in love with this unit and bought it to enjoy it as a home-away from home, but when we cant be there, we want to share it with others, because it's too good to to keep to ourselves.
