Locaux très vieux troué dans les murs

L endroit étais bien , au début nous avions peur car beaucoup de sdf aux alentour , mais finalement nous étions bien positionné par contre l appartement ne correspond pas du tout à la description il n y’a pas de fenêtre dans les chambre la salle à manger est un couloir impossible de passer après être installé à table les matelas sont très moue , les locaux mur canapé coussin fauteuil sale avec auréole ayant un bébé c était vraiment compliqué , les chevet était tous cassée l appartement ne vaux pas son prix , dans un état délabré catastrophique, l eau de la douche venait et partait comme la Wifi .... l équipe de Barcelone ne m a jamais contacté j ai demander à changer d appartement dans le même immeuble car disponible dès le premier jour mais comme leur réactivité était de 0 elle a été Réserver par la suite j ai eu un dédommagement de 25% mais pour moi le dédommagement est loin d être satisfaisant car notre expérience dans se logement était décevante et le service client de Barcelone irresponsable car elle n a good ni fait sont travaillé ni contacter

Séjour impeccable

Après une procédure d’arrivée un peu compliquée (pas d’accueil physique, il faut absolument parler anglais, avoir un téléphone et une boîte email pour communiquer sur place avec l’agent du propriétaire), nous sommes satisfaits de la propriété. C’est un immeuble ancien avec haut plafond, avec 2 ascenseurs. Très bien situé, quartier calme, à côté des commerces et du métro, pas de parking (nous avons garé la voiture en voiture sur les places livraison...).
