This property was terrific and just as described in the listing. Great location, close enough to enjoy all Broadway has to offer, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The rooftop deck is amazing. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again in the future.

Fun stay in Nashville

We had a great time here! We came in for the Vikings game! Alex was great to communicate with. The house had a ton of charm and we loved the Nashville theme! We'll be back!

Nashville Weekend Away

We were in Nashville for a girls’ weekend getaway. Alex was a great host and answered all of our questions promptly. The house was easy to access. The rooms were spread out enough to give everyone privacy and their own bathroom. We spent time playing games in the kitchen/family room and hanging out on the rooftop deck. The location wasn’t far from downtown or Dunkin 😉 which was fantastic. The only thing I would mention is that there are four levels, so lots of stairs. It was not an issue for our group, but just something to keep in mind based on your particular group. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Stay

A group of 10 of us stayed here for a long weekend and had the best time! The place was just as described and shown in pictures! Being able to park in the garage and have driveway parking made the trip so convenient. It was also so easy to get Ubers to/from the house. The rooftop patio was an added bonus! I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

Great place!

We had a great time for my 40th birthday! We had 11 people and all fit well in the house. The rooftop patio was awesome, wish there would’ve been a small fire pit but we loved being able to hang out up there and grill. Lots of stairs but the view is worth it! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for being so accommodating!

Perfect house for groups

This property was excellent and exceeded our expectations. We traveled to Nashville for my 40th birthday with a group of 7 and never had an issue. The house is huge, with the 4 bedrooms, 2 of them having multiple beds, which makes for plenty of sleeping space. Each room has its own bathroom which is a plus for groups. Decor was very modern and the house was very clean. The rooftop is the cherry on top!

Great for big groups!

We were here for a surprise party and the property was huge for our group with enough space to spread out. It was close enough to everything we needed and even had this handy van phone number to get everyone escorted around easily. Would recommend- we wish we could have used the roof more, but it rained the weekend we were there.

Christmas in Nashville

This was a nice property. Alex was an excellent host and very responsive. However, there are a few things that need replacing in the unit. The replacements items should include the couch, comforters on some of the beds, front door may need some type of blinds/weather stripping replaced as the draft coming from outdoors was very cold and the pots and pans for cooking where the inside of the pans were too scratched for cooking, causing your food to stick. Also, the unit should be sprayed as there were lady bugs in the bathroom shower window in the room on the level with the kitchen. I sprayed with raid and it killed them, but they started to appear the night before we checked out on Tuesday. One ding was the sheets on the bunk beds located downstairs in the room closest to the garage. The sheets and comforter were dirty and stained like they had not been changed before we arrived. I had to cover the sheets on beds with sheets that were in the dryer that had already been washed so that the bed could be slept in and this room was very cold at night. Overall, this was a nice property and I would highly recommend if you are in the Nashville area.

Great location to downtown.

House accommodated everyone great. The location was easy Uber ride to anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Alex was great with quick responses to any questions. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! Just a couple housekeeping items. Need some updated wash clothes and one set of sheets were stained. But easy fixes! Would so recommend to friends!!!

Friends Trip

6 people 55-60 range, all first timers to Nashville, house was perfect size, the weather wasn't the best (definitely be prepared because it's a lot walking). Property manager very easy to work with & kind. The property on the other hand was below average. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s that had kitchen & bathrooms fully stocked w/essential amenities. This property had marginal necessities & the sofa was filthy & old. It truly needs to b replaced. With that being said, we did have a great with friends.

Great experience!

We recently stayed here while in Nashville for a bachelorette party and it was amazing. We felt safe the entire time and the location is great. Just a 5-10 minute Uber to Broadway with good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Alex was so communicative the entire time and even gave us food suggestions prior to us getting there. He checked in with us to make sure everything was going well which meant a lot to us being in a city we weren’t familiar with. My friends and I have already been talking about coming back and staying here just because of how awesome our entire experience was!

The Perfect Property

We were a group of 8 to celebrate my 40th Birthday and also our first time in Nashville! The Nash Nest was the most Perfect property! Everything was neat and clean & The beds were SO comfy too! The rooftop was the best for winding down after a night on broadway! And the photo backdrops were the perfect touch! We had so much fun using the props that Alex had already provided! He was a great host and answered every question we had as well as checking in with us when we arrived to make sure all was well. We had an excellent stay at the Nash Nest! It was perfect for what we needed. There were 8 of us - (4 couples) and the layout worked out perfectly. Just about a 10 minute drive to broadway and there were some hidden gems in the neighborhood. Our host was great to deal with and very responsive! This place was amazing!!

I planned a bachelorette for my best friend and there were 11 of us girls. We all had plenty of space to sleep/move around. The house was spotless! Looks exactly like it did in the pictures. There was a cute little coffee shop a minute down the street that we walked to every morning. Broadway was only a 10-15 minute Uber depending on traffic. Everything was close! We never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get anywhere. We all felt safe in the neighborhood and the host was very helpful and easy to get ahold of! If you’re thinking about booking this place, just do it!! We had the best experience here!
