We are located directly on the lake with a private beach, marina and swim platform.
Incline Village bike/ walking path is minutes from your front door. This path is 4 to 7 miles if you choose to ride to one of the most beautiful beaches in Lake Tahoe Sand Harbor State Beach.

NorthStar is 15 mins while Palisades Tahoe and Alpine are 30 minutes. Tahoe City is 15 minutes away as well. There is world class golf and hiking all located in Incline Village.
