Your AAA location is uptown Waterloo is beside Waterloo Park, near all the cities best amenities including transit, the universities, library, recreation centre, cafes and restaurants located uptown. There is no onsite parking (city monthly parking options available starting 3 minutes away), and we have space for bikes onsite.

Location is perfect. This home is in Waterloo's Heritage district uptown, and is unique in many ways, but it was built by Seagram's barrel-maker (Cooper), and is in wonderful condition, central to the city and in front of Waterloo's largest Park, only a few homes away from Silver Lake.
