Great Location!!!

We celebrated my daughter’s 16th birthday with 3 families. There was 10 of us. Plenty of room, the best location and a great backyard. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next year!!

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay! We had little ones that needed a nap. Some family could stay at the beach and others could use the pool. We all were able to come home with no laundry! They had beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The home was close to the pier and lots to do!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in great condition, as always. Lots of great space and an unbeatable location. Easy walk about 50yds, with small grandkids, to the beautiful sandy beach. The pool area is great for relaxing and letting the little ones enjoy a break from the sun and beach. We are so glad we can share this little bit of paradise with our kids and grandkids each year.

Location was on point to beach, to stores, to any place you could want. Walking distance to anything and everything. The rooms and pool were beyond fabulous for the family we had there. Spacious. Quiet. Relaxing. Completely enjoyable.

3 Day Business Get Away

Had a great time at Cambria Clearwater Beach House! It was everything as advertised and was exactly what we wanted. Spacious room in the house and the deck/pool. Very clean inside and out. 30-40 yards to the beach and an easy walk to the Clearwater central marina area where all the restaurants and stores are located. Management was very responsive with all communications and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!!

Great place by the beach!

It was a wonderful home to stay at and fit our entire wedding group! Beds could have been better but overall it’s a great place to stay.

Family Vacation

We had 9 adults and an infant stay for family vacation, and this house was PERFECT! Having a pool on site was so nice to have while the baby napped. There was a pack and play on site for the baby and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs.

Great Place! Trouble checking in.

The location and space of the home was excellent. My only issue was I never received an email to get into the house. I got the email only after we talked with the cleaning crew 15 min before actual check in time. I found this to be very nerve racking considering we had 13 people with us.

Good ‘ol Fashioned Beach House

Hosted some family here—for a destination wedding in Clearwater Beach. I knew when I reserved it that this was a 100+ yr old beach house, and it showed in places. We weren’t too crazy about the cockroach that paid us a brief visit. The pool was extremely warm, which unfortunately took until our last full day to fix. Overall it was a cozy comfortable place to stay….incredible location a block from the beach!

Perfect beach house!

We had an amazing time during our stay at this beach house. The location could not be better - literally steps to the beach and just a few more for bars, restaurants, water activities & shopping. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday and had 4 couples in our crew. The house allowed all of us plenty of space and we really enjoyed the back patio and pool/ hot tub. The hot tub was a bit tricky to figure out but once we got it, it was perfect. It is an older house but well maintained for its age and has everything you could need. We did not have a car but used Shipt on our first day to have supplies delivered right to the house and walked everywhere else. Thank you for a great stay - we all agreed that we’d stay again the next time we are visiting Clearwater Beach!

Great Beach experience

We absolutely loved our beach cottage! We had plenty space, had a full kitchen for cooking and a laundry area which turned out to be a great asset. The pool and hot tub are fenced in for privacy, not huge but served it's purpose well-a pool boy came twice to clean pool and check in on us! If you like the beach cottage vibe this is it!

Family Vacation

I will start off saying the location of this. House was awesome.. but that was the only thing that was good about this house. The beds were not comfortable and broken. The house was filthy. We pulled out one of the couches and it was filthy. The pool was dirty. They told us the heat would be on for the pool. It was never on. I contacted the host no one ever showed up. There was lightbulbs out, the garbage disposal would not work, the lights outside would not work a couple shorting out a circuit breaker. The pool water was low. You had to fill it up to get it to work. My husband had to clean the pool because no one came out to clean it the whole week we were there. The hot water wasn’t very hot. When you went to take a shower it was lukewarm. The windows were not sealed up in the kitchen. The door looks like it had an animal chewing on it.. my eight month old granddaughter found a pill on the floor that was next to the couch and put it in her mouth the first day we were there. 😡

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great vacation, great location, house needs a lot of attention. Dryer needs replaced, kitchen floor needs replaced, towel holder broken in bathroom, lots of light bulbs burned out, beds need replaced, washer jumps around terribly, heater to pool and hot tub was not on the first day so we could not swim until we called and texted maintenance several times for 24 hours. Place needs a lot of TLC. Also going in front door a board u walk over is about to break. Our family had a blast but house needs attention!

Short Family Getaway

The property was in an awesome location and had what we needed for our short stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing and within walking distance to about anything you need. The pool was perfect for keeping our kiddos entertained for the short periods of time we weren't at the beach or in town. The property manager was a little difficult to get a timely response out of but besides that our stay was great. Thank You for sharing your vacation home with our family.
