Unusually, the apartment can be configured with both bedrooms as queen beds or one bedroom with a queen bed and the second bedroom as two single beds. Step inside this charming two-bedroom apartment on the first floor, where every detail has been thoughtfully curated for your comfort. The apartment showcases a harmonious blend of modern and classic touches, from the cozy furnishings in the living room to the modern décor that adorns the walls. Central heating and cooling, along with plenty of natural light streaming through sheer curtains, create a warm and inviting atmosphere. A balcony off the living room provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your surroundings.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests with flexible sleeping arrangements. Whether you're two couples seeking a memorable getaway or a family eager to explore, our apartment can be tailored to your needs, offering either two queen beds or one queen and two single beds.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook at home, and there is also a lovely dining area next to the kitchen. Additionally, the apartment has a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo machine. There is a separate toilet, and the bathroom features a bathtub as well as a walk-in shower.

Please note if your stay is to include the nights of Christmas or New Year's Eve a 3 night minimum stay is required.

All the apartments we manage come with a detailed Welcome Letter so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels (note one bath towel per person booked) are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.

Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.

Be aware that for bookings made at short notice we may not be able to change the already-prepared bed configuration - if a certain configuration is important to your last minute stay, please send an enquiry rather than booking.

Please note as we continue to improve the property over time the furniture and furnishings may change from those shown in the photos.

Guests are required to advise us of their chosen bed configuration for the second bedroom at the time of booking, if we do not get this information the bed will be made as a king bed. Please be advised bookings with arrival in less than 48 hours time may not be able to get their choice of bed configuration. Please message us to check if needed.

This is a quiet building and we expect all guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the external rubbish area when they leave.

Prior to arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information about the property and how to ensure you get a 5 star review.

Please note, guests are to sleep beds only; using the sofa as a bed is not accepted. If it seems guests have used the sofa as an additional bed then furniture cleaning and sanitation charges will apply.

If you need the bed in the second bedroom made up as two single beds instead of a king bed please tell us when booking otherwise we will provide a king bed as standard.
