I love hosting guests in my peaceful and comfort-filled home while I take care of local pets and work part-time at the university. Catering to special requests is what makes my listings so loved.
Why they chose this property
The house is perfectly located near transport yet quiet. Near main roads, 5 minutes from Geelong Ring Road and local train station, yet nestled within a one-way, tree-lined, family-friendly court. You can walk to the bay and some of Geelong's best cafes. The house is a few metres from the annual Cadel Evans Great Ocean Bicycle Race.
What makes this property unique
The additional personal touches. Breakfast, tea and coffee, pantry items, three types of milk, allergies and dietary requests catered for, all bathroom items provided. There is also a welcome package of fresh bread and personally selected food.
