A highlight of a visit here is to the beach itself and Pavilion 34. Away from the beach - popular with surfers due to its open shore break - toddle down to Tedder Avenue. Sassy socialites and salty surfies rub shoulders here in this strip of modern cafes, exclusive restaurants, bars and boutiques. Safety: Swimming Pool - please ensure to supervise children at all times. Pool area and other communal facilities may close without prior notice if maintenance works is required.

Building works: Please note the building is undergoing an external refurbishment of the planter boxes and repainting of the building. Should you have any concerns regarding this please reach out to us prior to booking. Currently the Body Corporate does not have a set timeline of works or the completion

Construction: Please note that a new building is going up nearby and construction may occur during approved council hours. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
