Cobden has a world class surfing beach, World War 2 bunker, nature reserve and local bush walks all within a 3km radius of this property.

Comfortable and convenient
Very comfortable and clean property. This house is a real gem, plenty of space with a well equipped kitchen. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Location was convenient and suitable for our stay.

Very tidy, larger than it appears
Greymouth is a great base to view what Te Tai Poutini / The West Coast has to offer. House was very tidy, well cared-for and worked well for our party of 2 adults and 4 teens/tweens.

Nice place to stay, but need more amenities
Pretty much as described, cozy den but in a neighbourhood that looked a little iffy but actually experienced no concerns. Handy intro booklet was a nice touch. 1 toilet/bathroom between for 5 people was the main challenge and we did run out of toilet paper on the final morning which also was annoying. Few other minor things like a few more amenities like having shampoo/bodywash, more clothing pegs, dishwashing tablets, confusing the date we were expected to check out were the only other areas where improvements can be made.

Great property in a good location. Stayz let us down by not sending the info to get in, but was promptly dealt with by the owner. Would stay again!
