Main Level:
The main level features the living room, kitchen, dining, full guest bathroom, 1 bedroom with private bath and access to the deck.
The living room offers vaulted ceilings, a gorgeous stacked stone electric fireplace, comfortable leather furniture, large HDTV and access to the deck.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and 4 seats at the counter. The dining table offers seating for 8 guests.
The guest bathroom is just off the kitchen area and offers a tub/shower.
The bedroom on this level offers a king bed, large HDTV and a spacious private bathroom with soaker tub and tiled walk-in shower.
The deck offers comfortable patio furniture and a cozy gas fire pit where you can enjoy the mountain view with family and friends.
The charcoal grill is located off the front porch.
Upper Level:
The upper level features 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms.
The first bedroom offers a king bed, large HDTV and a spacious private bathroom with soaker tub and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen Bunk, Twin Bunk, large HDTV, a kids playground and a spacious private bathroom with double vanities and tub/shower.
Lower Level:
The lower level features a heated indoor pool, home theater, game room, half bath, laundry closet, 1 bedroom with private bath and access to the deck.
Heading downstairs, you walk into the spacious game room. The game room features a foosball table, air hockey, arcade game, a sitting area with comfortable leather furniture, a large HDTV and access to the pool room and outside covered deck. There is a half bath on this level and the washer/dryer is located in the laundry closet.
