The home is centrally located with direct Sailboat Access, just minutes to open water and the best fishing in Southwest Florida.

This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 5 minutes to Matlacha, 40 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed vacation home. Matlacha Palms features beautiful airy and beachy décor, the three bedrooms are fitting for a small family with two king size bedrooms and one queen bedroom.
Matlacha Palms can fit up to 6 guests very comfortable with this cozy set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a comfortable set up with an open living room, dining room and kitchen being the center of the home. One of the king bedrooms has access to the patio on the left side of the home and the main king bedroom with its en-suite bathroom as well as queen bedroom next to a hallway bathroom on the right side. The home has plenty of light and spacious coastal design.
From the fully equipped kitchen with views of the outside or the formal dining area with garden views this home is just comfortable and a fantastic home away from home with a great island feel.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing on the boat dock and watching amazing sun sets or fishing off the dock while watching manatees, dolphins or any other wild life on the oversized canal.
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing or boat docking.
