This room opens to large balcony with panoramic views of the bay and city.
Bbq and large outdoor dining table located on the balcony.

Kitchen has Island Bench with 4 stools.
Butlers Pantry with microwave and Breville coffee machine.

Dining is available both indoors or outdoors and there are enough seats for 8+ guests.
Upstairs of property has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a Laundry with both washing machine and dryer.

Lower floor of house has a further 2 bedrooms and family bathroom.
2nd Living area located on lower floor and includes kitchenette with fridge + sink, Aldi coffee machine (pods), couch + table and opens to lower deck and small lawn.
Lower deck has bar table + chairs and armchairs.

House has off street parking for 4 cars (note - very steep driveway - low base cars not recommended)
