Welcome to Evergreen Hedges!
We are in full compliance with provincial Short Term Rental Registration requirements and are looking forward to receiving your reservation.
Bookings of all lengths are welcome, from single overnight stays to long term stays of over a month.
Guest's comfort and guaranteeing cleanliness of property is among the highest priorities. Because of time and energy required to clean and prepare the property for every booking a $100 cleaning fee will be applied to 1 night bookings only.
Cleaning fee is waived for all bookings over 1 night.
This private and bright home located in a quiet, centrally located neighbourhood in Courtenay. With 5 Beds & 2 Bathrooms, this space can easily and comfortably accommodate your entire family. Minutes away from North Island College, Nature Trails, Hospital, Costco and Aquatic Center.
Easy access to highway & less than 30 minutes from Mount Washington Ski Resort & Mountain biking hotspots in Cumberland. Comox airport and pristine white sand beaches are a short 10 minute drive away.
Upstairs is a bright open concept living room, kitchen and dining room. Balcony access with fire pit table & BBQ, great for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Also upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed, second bedroom with double bed and full bathroom.
Downstairs is the third bedroom with a queen size bed, den with a sofa bed and futon which both fold out to double size beds, laundry facilities and second full bathroom. There is also an exercise bike in the den, which is great to burn a few calories while watching your favourite TV show or movie. Parking garage can also be accessed where your vehicle will be safe and secure from the elements. Additional fitness equipment is also located in the garage where there is ample space for yoga or calisthenics.
The driveway is reserved purely for guest use where there is parking for an additional 3 vehicles.
House is fitted with 4 Flatscreen TVs all with access to movie channels (Starz, Crave, HBO), Netflix, Prime Video and Youtube located in living room, master bedroom, downstairs bedroom and den.
Hot tub is available for year round use.
Pets are welcome. There are local nature walks and parks nearby for your enjoyment. You are welcomed to enjoy the lovely green space in the private fully fenced yard surrounded by 20ft well manicured evergreen hedge line make for an ideal space for your pet.
House is not child proof, but all efforts will be made to accommodate you and your family.
All of the houses access points have electronic pin pad locks. Guests will be provided a passcode for entry prior to arrival which is unique to their booking so they will be able to easily let themselves in.
