RYE Family Apartments – Budget Accommodation
If you have ever travelled down Southern Peninsula you will know exactly where these properties are situated.
Situated in prime position on Point Nepean Road, Tootgarook – opposite beach and walking distance along the foreshore to Rye shops.
Budget accommodation for the family to enjoy some time away without breaking the bank. Get your extended family to book other apartments and have a great time, with the kids playing with their cousins. Ample parking, great front yard for the kids to play, playground equipment at the rear, laundry facilities. Ten apartments in total.
Situated upstairs with small balcony with small outdoor table and chairs to enjoy the sunrise (if you are up early enough) then walk through to the open plan area all with polished floors - dining table, couches, TV, split system and kitchen with gas cooking, microwave, fridge, pantry, etc. Bathroom with shower and vanity and separate toilet. Two bedrooms with polished floors and built in robes.

Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is across the road. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a short stroll. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.
