Our home is fully furnished. We have automatic washer and dryer which is considered as unique features of our home. Our duplex is located near bus terminals, schools, SM Mall and public market. Bagasbas Beach is 15 min. away and 7 min. away from other resorts. We now accept pets for an extra fee. We provided a landline phone and local business directory for your convenience. Strictly No Smoking in the property. Please contact us first should you need accommodations for last minute booking.

We are a homeschooling family based in Canada. Our family visit Philippines from time to time. We built this property so we will have a place to stay during our visits. Our family enjoyed the outdoors. We also own a little farm 45 minutes away from the property.

Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood because its a walking distance from Daet Market, shopping malls and bus stations. Bagasbas Beach is just a 15 minutes away. It is a quiet neighborhood which we prefer.

What makes this property unique

Our property has Automatic washer/dryer. We have a heated shower and a 1000 gal of water reservoir to ensure abundant of water supply. We also practice proper garbage disposal.
