***BASEMENT LAYOUT***
- An 8-foot ceiling in the basement with a soundproofing system will ensure no disturbance
- Living room, sofa, and large TV
- Kitchen: fully equipped for your cooking time
- Dining table and Laundry machines (washer and dryer)
- 2 Bedroom: Queen-size bed
- Full-size washroom
- A separate laundry and washer
- Access to the backyard
IMPORTANT: This is a basement/lower-level two bedroom unit in a house. The basement is newly built and has a 9-foot ceiling. Pets, parties, smoking, marijuana, or illegal drugs inside or outside on our property are NOT allowed. We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.
Our professional cleaners will wash all linens (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow covers, towels, etc.) for you.
***PARKING***
Free parking on the driveway (no garage parking). The LEFT side of the driveway (facing the house) is reserved for you.
***MAIN FLOOR ***
The Main Floor of the house is off-limit to you and rented separately on Vrbo. We aim to rent the house to quiet Vrbo guests to ensure you will have a safe and comfortable stay.
***CLEANING & SUPPLIES***
The basement is professionally cleaned, disinfected, and well-ventilated before guests arrive. We provide extra cleaning supplies you can use during your stay. Book with confidence. We look forward to hosting you at our lovely place.
To help us manage resources sustainably, we provide a limited supply of essentials such as toiletries, paper products, and kitchen basics. If you anticipate needing additional items during your stay, we recommend bringing extras or purchasing locally.
For long term stay we will send our cleaner every month for refresher cleaning, which will be charged $75 per cleaning.
***BACKYARD***
At the moment the yard is not accessible from the house due to new construction.
Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the basement of the house. We believe in full privacy. Upper tenants have a separate entrance to the house (Main door) and you will only share the parking space. Feel free to make the most of the available amenities, allowing for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Interaction with guests
We live nearby only. However, we don't intend to visit the house. We have a smart lock for your quick access to the house.
We will provide you with all our contact details should you need anything during your stay that will make your stay more comfortable.
Other details to note
We may visit the house during your stay for an inspection if your stay exceeds 28 days or in response to any complaints from neighbors.
Please make sure to leave everything as it was upon arrival. Please do not move any furniture in the house.
Garage access is not available. You will receive complete check-in instructions 1.5 days before your check-in time.
The front yard and back yard are not accessible to the guests at the moment.
During your stay, please be aware that other guests might be staying on the main floor. We request that everyone keep noise levels down, but you might still hear some sounds as they can sometimes travel through the walls/floor and sometime food smell.
Although we maintain a consistent average temperature throughout the house, there may be temperature differences between floors due to natural convection currents (warm air rises and cool air falls). As a result, the basement may be somewhat cooler, while the top floor might be a bit warmer.
