Guest Access:
Tierra Del Sol is a gated community and our representative will meet guests at the property to gain access and give a tour of the home for check in. They will also return at check out.

The Neighborhood:
The villa backs directly onto the stunning Tierra Del Sol Golf Course, offering peaceful views and a serene environment. Tierra Del Sol is Aruba's only gated golf community featuring an 18 hole links course, clubhouse, dining, spa & gym. All amenities are close by making this home the perfect getaway for all ages. Please note that the golf course is undergoing renovation and 9 holes are currently available.

Getting Around:
We recommend a rental car when staying at Island Time at Tierra Del Sol.

Other Things to Note:
Rates are nightly and exclude local taxes and service fees. Please be advised that parties are not permitted at this property, the home is exclusively for the enjoyment of registered guests. Pack n plays and high chairs are limited and only available on a first come, first served basis. Please mention it when you make your reservation so that we can meet your need. Refundable Security deposits are collected on all reservations, except Airbnb. VRBO reservations will be collected with their payment and refunded to the credit card on file post departure/ inspections. Video and pictures are taken for transparency & the protection of both guest and homeowner.
The home includes use of beach chairs, beach cooler and beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Our representative will meet guests at this gated community to give them access and show them around the property and answer any questions they may have. They will return at check out as well.
