Should there be a lot of smoke caused by cooking and caused the smoke alarm within the apartment to go off, please DO NOT OPEN the main entry door as it might trigger the fire alarm of the whole building. This will automatically call the fire brigade which will charge a call-out fee of over A$7,000. You will be liable for this fee should this happen.
- If Airbnb profile is not set, we will require a photoID to be shown prior to check in.

One set of keys is provided during your stay. Any loss or damage to our key/fob is subject to a $500 charge. Keys are locked inside the apartment, if a locksmith is required, it will be the responsibility of the guest to cover the locksmith fees.
