*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

A maximum of 10 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
A minimum 3 night stay applies during the Christmas and New Year period (December 20th to January 5th).
