This property has a strict no party, no schoolies, no hens, no bucks and no wedding policy - You will be removed if you break these rules. Please be mindful of your neighbours, quiet time is from 10pm every night.

Check-in-checkout
Standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is strictly 10:00am. we can occasionally accommodate early and late check-in/out however this is something we can only confirm within 3 days of your arrival date. We need to ensure the cleaners and check-in staff can accommodate this request. There is a charge for early/late check-in/out.
We will be in contact with your specific check-in instructions closer to your arrival date.

Payment Schedule
20% deposit upon booking to secure your dates will be charged to your nominated card.
Balance due 30 days prior to checkin.
If you are checking in within 30 days the total amount will be due right away.
*Note if you are booking via Airbnb, you will need to follow Airbnbs payment guidelines which may differ to ours.
