Property Pleasant - Surroundings Terrible

Check in process was a nightmare with the wrong codes being supplied. Whilst the property and its location was good, the surrounding alleys were a nightmare if used after sunset. They were littered with drug users who will be a danger to anyone walking past them. They were aggressive and expletive in language. So we didn't venture out at night after the first encounter.
