Our large (170m2 including garage) modern townhouse is a perfect place to stay, with plenty of room for families, groups of friends or business travelers. The upstairs living area with balcony provides a sun soaked space to relax and unwind. Upstairs has a full kitchen, living area, separate toilet and master bedroom with ensuite shower. The ground floor has a king and a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. Centrally located 5 minutes from the CBD. Secure internal access double garage plus additional onsite parking in front of garage. This is a great location to explore Christchurch.

Please note the full kitchen, living area, and main king bedroom are upstairs (this may not be suitable for individuals that have mobility issues walking up a flight of stairs). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
