Minutes away from Mosman Village, Balmoral Beach and Spit Reserve.

Why they chose this property
So many national parks, beaches and great restaurants at your door step. Close to the city, but far enough away that you feel you are on holiday in a beautiful house with a pool and great alfresco living area. You don’t need to leave the house…but if you want to, what an amazing area to explore.
What makes this property unique
The property was originally built in the 1920’s. It has all the beautiful original stain glass windows and coffered ceiling. It was renovated recently, and the old has been kept with now a modern kitchen dining and alfresco living area. 4 large bedrooms. Huge pool. Pool table in the garage (a couple of areas where you need a short que, but a great table!) and 2 different lounge areas. Balcony off the main bedroom with a large day bed to relax and look at the view over the spit/clontarf.
