This luxury 3-bedroom villa is located directly at the Lakeside golf course. It is available for a maximum of 4 guests above 18 years of age. The large lanai gives access to a beautiful heatable pool with an attached hot tub (there is an extra fee of $15 per day to use the heater). The villa has a queen and a king bedroom with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two twin beds and guests can make use of the king bathroom. The open floorplan has a living room with TV, a dining area and is overlooked by the kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, electrical stove and oven, and a dishwasher. The washer and dryer are in a separate room adjacent to the kitchen. There is a driveway with room for 4 cars. Note that the garage is occupied with the owner's car.
